Probating Timeshares at Every Resort in Florida
If an owner of a Florida timeshare resides outside of the state, then an “ancillary” estate probate proceeding must be filed in Florida to distribute the property to the heirs. Our firm frequently represents clients who live outside of Florida but have a need to commence Florida Ancillary Probate Administration, especially regarding timeshare properties.
